Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us at info@moissanitebazaar.com to initiate a return for the scrap value of the precious metals and gemstones in the piece. Please ship the item back to our return address, and upon inspection, we will process a partial return to the payment method used to complete the purchase. Please note that all returned items are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
