Included in the package are:

• 2 sets of molds (1 extra mold incase you need a redo)
• Instruction sheet

STEP 1: Get
the 2 molding mixtures (1 Blue and 1 White) out of the bag and place them in
your hand.

STEP 2: Mix the two putties together,
kind of like "Play Doh". Mix for about 15-20 seconds until you have a
uniform solid blue color mixture.

STEP 3: IMMEDIATELY Role the puddy into a sausage shape and place the mold
into the mouth tray and make sure it's even inside the mouth
tray.

STEP 4: Next open your mouth as wide as
you can and put the mouth piece in (until your teeth are right in the middle of
the mouthpiece without being too close to the walls of the tray. Bite down ALL the way. Hold the mouthpiece in
your mouth for about 2 minutes (DO NOT MOVE OR TALK). Your impression must have a good
visible gum line (where your teeth meet your gum).

STEP 5: Tilt your mouthpiece down or
up, and GENTLY take it out of your mouth.

STEP 6: Once you make your mold take a picture
of it and text it to 832-277-4435 with your name and order number.

STEP 7: Once we have confirmed the molds, put them
back in the Ziplock bag and ship it back to us. Please make sure to Include the
packing slip in the molding kits came with.

* Please do not ship the molds back in the
same package it came in. The post office (FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc) will provide
you free packaging.
